We currently ship within Australia only. Orders are processed and dispatched within standard timeframes
however delivery times may vary depending on your location carrier performance and external factors
beyond our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Please ensure your delivery

6. Returns and refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our food products we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Returns are only accepted where the product is faulty damaged on arrival contaminated incorrect
or not as described in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe your product is faulty or not as described please contact us at

so we can assess the issue.
Where a return is approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled
to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or
damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable
quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law Outback Smoke and Fire is not liable for any indirect incidental
